Many many people find waking up early and getting to work a hard task. Coffee is many peoples favorite drink. Higher quality fields produce better results. In fact, traditional grinds cannot match the prowess of even the most common organic coffee offering. It might seem like an exaggeration to say this, but once you experience the excellent flavor of a top-of-the line roast you will certainly be persuaded that it is far superior to any ordinary brew. If the aspect of making sure they are not exploited is not a concern for you then you should at least be able to see that the ability to continue to get a good product does require that the business that produces it (and its employees) have to be able to get paid enough to ensure their future production.

Coffee drinkers are usually pretty picky so the millions of people who have switched to organic coffee must think there is something special about it.
